Sisal Carpet Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain :- Reasons Why You Should Consider Carpet Sisal

Sisal Carpet can be made into fabulous flooring for your home or office. You will find it hard pressed to find a better quality flooring than Sisal Carpet. It is also known as "felt" or "perpetual" carpeting because it does not require special cleaning and maintenance procedures. Sisal is made using high quality-grade sisal, harvested from tropical plantations in Tanzania, East Africa. Each fiber has an average of 1000 fine fibers which are individually collected, washed, sorted, and then baled. This carpet is tough, stain resistant, dyes and color resistant, and therefore is easy to work with when installing or decorating.

Made without using chemical solution

Most sisal carpeting is made without using chemical solutions, such as adhesives or glues. However, there are some manufacturers who use low or no chemicals at all in their production. The most common form of Sisal Carpet is the "AGave Plant" variety. Agave is a succulent that grows wild in the Andes mountains. The agave plant grows in brown, green, purple, gold, black, and orange varieties.

Natural process

The production process of Sisal Carpet follows a simple, natural process. The fibers from the agave plant are simply placed on the backing and tightly pulled until the fibers fully cover the backing. The resulting product has a subtle, refined, silk like appearance. Some sisal fibers have a slightly coarse texture, while others have a more silky smooth feel.

Durability

Another advantage to buying sisal carpets is the durability and sturdiness that they offer. While other fabrics may seem to be stiffer and wear out faster, Sisal Carpet have very little wear and tear over time. It can take over 20 years for a carpet to begin to lose its appeal, but with sisal carpet, this is not the case at all. This is an excellent choice for people who live in humid areas or who have pets and children at home. Because of their resilience and durability, sisal rug designs are often used in places where padding is not needed.

Standard carpets

For homes and offices in high traffic areas, it is essential that a rug is resistant to both heat and moisture. Standard Sisal Carpet is not a good choice in high traffic areas. Using sisal would be a great idea as it can withstand both high foot traffic and moisture. Standard carpets are known for being stiff and having a low life span. This is not a problem when you choose sisal. Stain resistance is another benefit of using sisal as your rugs and floors. Standard carpets can easily become stained with liquid stains such as juice, soda and other drinks. These liquids can harden into stains that will require special stain removing treatments that could cost quite a bit of money. With sisal, you can simply pick up a few boxes and your stain will simply peel right off of the fiber.
